1 Extra fluffy Tutu up to 12 inches in length-Your choice of black and red, all black, or all red with either bows at the waist as shown, or even a flower and bow combo. This set shown is an 18-24m and I used 50 yards of the softest nylon tulle!
1 Bow, Ladybug clippie, or Flower clippie to match
Your choice between- just a bow or flower on a partially lined alligator clip with non slip grip, Or-a soft bow headband/plastic ribbon lined headband. Size Chart - NB=15" waist 6" tutu
